Miostat Ocular
All medicines may cause side effects, but many people have no, or minor, side effects. Check with your doctor if any of these most COMMON side effects persist or become bothersome when using Miostat Ocular:
Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur when using Miostat Ocular:Bladder tightness; change in vision; flushing; headache; indigestion; stomach cramps; stomach upset; sweating; urge to urinate.
TopSevere allergic reactions (rash; hives; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); blisters on the eye; blurred or decreased vision; cloudy vision; eye or eyelid swelling; eye pain or redness; increased tearing; sensitivity to light.
For the professional
Miostat
Ocular:Corneal clouding, persistent bullous keratopathy, retinal detachment and postoperative iritis following cataract extraction have been reported.
Systemic:Side effects such as flushing, sweating, epigastric distress, abdominal cramps, tightness in urinary bladder, and headache have been reported with topical or systemic application of carbachol.
