Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur when using Coly-Mycin M:Abnormal skin sensations around the mouth; dizziness; itching; numbness or tingling of fingers or toes; slurring of speech; stomach upset.
Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); black, tarry, or bloody stools; decreased urination; fever; severe diarrhea; shortness of breath; stomach pain or cramps.

Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur when using Coly-Mycin S Otic:Mild, temporary burning or stinging.
TopSevere allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); acne-like rash; changes in hearing; decreased urination; dry, scaly, or peeling skin at the application site; continued burning or stinging; excessive hair growth; inflamed hair follicles; inflammation around the mouth; loss of hearing; pain, redness, itching, irritation, or swelling not present when you began using Coly-Mycin S Otic ; thinning, softening, or discoloration of the skin.

The following adverse reactions have been reported:
Gastrointestinal: gastrointestinal upset
Nervous System: tingling of extremities and tongue, slurred speech, dizziness, vertigo and paresthesia
Integumentary: generalized itching, urticaria and rash
Body as a Whole: fever
Laboratory Deviations: increased blood urea nitrogen (BUN), elevated creatinine and decreased creatinine clearance
Respiratory System: respiratory distress and apnea
Renal System: nephrotoxicity and decreased urine output
